Plain-language terms for ReadyOps services.

Monthly retainers
Retainers renew monthly until canceled. Each plan covers the services and cadence shown at purchase within an agreed working scope. Material new builds, travel, third-party fees, and work outside that scope may require a separate quote.
Cancellation
Contact ReadyOps before the next renewal to stop future billing. The current billing period and completed work are non-refundable and are not prorated unless required by law. ReadyOps may end an engagement for nonpayment, misuse, unsafe requests, or repeated failure to provide information required for delivery.
One-time products
Digital workbooks are licensed for the purchasing business’s internal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or published. Fulfillment details are sent to the checkout email within one business day. Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are limited to duplicate purchases, non-delivery, or a material defect ReadyOps cannot correct.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for business decisions, data accuracy, legal compliance, backups, system access, and reviewing changes before operational use. ReadyOps does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or safety certification.
Confidentiality and ownership
Each party should protect the other’s confidential information. Customers retain ownership of their business data. ReadyOps retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, and reusable materials; the customer receives the internal-use rights stated in the applicable scope.
These pilot terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial use.
